Account settings, subscriptions & payment methods

Everything you can change about your PPToGo buyer account lives under /settings. Email and password, saved cards, order history, recurring subscriptions, and a one-click data export are all there.
Email, password, and 2FA
Change your email under Settings โ Account. We send a verification link to the new address โ the change isn't live until you click it.
Change your password under Settings โ Security. The form asks for your current password as a basic anti-takeover measure.
Two-factor auth is optional but strongly recommended once you have saved cards on file. We support TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) and SMS as a fallback.
Saved payment methods
Cards saved during checkout appear under Settings โ Payment methods. You can add, set as default, or remove any card at any time.
Removing a card unlinks it from your account immediately but doesn't cancel any subscriptions still charging it โ you have to switch the subscription to a new card first (we'll warn you if removing would orphan a subscription).
We never store the full card number โ Stripe vaults the card and we keep only the last four digits and a network token for display.
Order history and subscriptions
Every PPToGo-attributed purchase is under /orders, sortable by date, merchant, or amount. Each order links out to the merchant's order page so you can check shipping status.
Subscription orders live under Settings โ Subscriptions. From there you can pause, change billing date, switch payment method, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle โ you keep access until then.
If a merchant has been removed from PPToGo, you can still see your historical orders for record-keeping but you'll need to contact the merchant directly for any post-sale support.
Data export and account deletion
Settings โ Privacy โ Export my data generates a downloadable ZIP of every order, every payment method (last 4 only), every email we've ever sent you, and every login session. Delivery email arrives within 24 hours.
Account deletion is also one click from the same page. We retain anonymised transaction records for the legally required period (7 years in the US) but personal data and email are wiped within 30 days.
