Southern Gothic is a loose leaf peach black tea from Da LBI Tea, with caramel and a touch of lapsang souchong smoke. Each cup brings notes of baked peaches, dates and bourbon.

The first sip greets you with rich peach caramel aroma. This tea has a light caramelized fruit flavor in a strong, malty black tea with just a touch of bourbon. Each sip has a soft peachy finish. Milk enhances the sweetness and mellows the tannins. Sugar amplifies the peach flavor to make a luscious peach tea. It’s reminiscent of a warm buckwheat peach cobbler with fresh whipped cream. This tea makes an unforgettable iced tea.

How to Brew Use 1 tsp per 8 oz water, 212°F, steep 4–5 min. Iced: cold brew 2 tsp per 8 oz in the fridge for 8–12 hours, then strain.
