Caffeine Most blends contain caffeine. Olympus is caffeine-free, and Mojave and Know by Heart are very low in caffeine.

How to brew Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water: black teas at 212°F for 4–5 minutes, green teas at 175°F for 4–5 minutes, oolong and white teas at 195°F for 3–5 minutes, and herbal blends at 212°F for 4–5 minutes. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
